Balcony Waterproofing, Sliding Door Replacement, Concrete Repairs & Façade Upgrades – Narrabeen
Our team has recently completed a comprehensive remedial construction project at 2–6 Robertson Street, Narrabeen, a four-storey residential building originally constructed in 1974. The works addressed a range of long-standing structural, waterproofing, and drainage issues, significantly improving the building’s safety, durability, and overall performance.
The scope included the demolition and removal of deteriorated balcony and courtyard finishes, screeds, balustrades, sliding doors, and cavity flashings. Structural upgrades were undertaken, including concrete spalling repairs and the installation of 30 new aluminium sliding doors to enhance weather protection and energy efficiency. New compliant balustrades and dividing walls were also constructed.
Waterproofing systems were fully replaced across balconies and courtyards, supported by a new stormwater drainage system to prevent water pooling. The project was completed with the application of a high-performance façade coating, delivering a refreshed appearance and long-term protection. All works were completed in accordance with Australian Building Codes and best practice standards.
Great Work by Murray and all the Team !
