Project Description
Everest Contracting successfully delivered a comprehensive remedial works package, valued at over $1 million, to a six-level residential and commercial building in Sydney, originally constructed circa 2004. The structure comprises concrete floor slabs, load-bearing and non-load-bearing masonry walls, and a metal sheet-clad roof.
Completed in May 2025, the project addressed critical structural, waterproofing, and aesthetic issues to extend the building’s service life and enhance its presentation.
Scope of works included:

External Render Repairs to restore façade integrity and address surface deterioration

New External Coatings to protect the building envelope and modernise the appearance

Lintel Repairs and Replacement to improve structural performance and prevent corrosion-related failures

Balcony and Terrace Upgrades, including full waterproofing systems and new compliant balustrades

Replacement of Doors and Windows to improve function, security, and energy efficiency

Installation of Pergola Structures for increased amenity and visual appeal

Reconfiguration of PVC Drainage to improve stormwater management and reduce maintenance risks.
