Robin Shaw - Director / Contracts Manager
Robin is a civil engineer and licensed builder with more than 30 years project management experience, delivering multidisciplinary construction and engineering projects to the value of approx $100 million both in Australia and overseas.
Robin’s responsibilities include estimating and tendering, managing client contracts and project management systems, coordinating project resources, liaising with clients and project stakeholders.
Robin has directed Everest Contracting for 20 years, completing numerous projects featuring façade restorations and upgrades.

Shane Butters - Project Manager
Shane has 25 years’ experience in building and building services with expertise in mechanical services within the building industry. He has worked as project manager for Thomas Clark Australia and Robert Mann and also has international experience, having worked in the UK for Emcor Facility Services.
Shane’s responsibilities as a project manager include estimating and tendering, management of contractual issues and negotiation with clients, overseeing the development of project specific management systems, co-ordination of project resources, point-of-contact for the client and liaising with project stakeholders.

John Virgona - Senior Project Manager
John has 30 years’ experience in the building industry as a project manager. His key competencies are in client relationship management, project management including feasibility, budgeting and procurement in both Government and private sectors.
John’s responsibilities as a project manager include preparation of project plans, co-ordination of project resources, overseeing projects, point-of-contact for the client and liaising with project stakeholders.
John’s qualifications include:

Mina Yousiff - Project Estimator
Mina is a civil and structural engineer with 15 years’ experience working in civil and building engineering internationally in Egypt, Kuwait and in New South Wales. His experience is predominantly in infrastructure projects and major projects for Government and multinational commercial sectors.
Mina has managed a large variety of building projects through the full project lifecycle, including assessments, specification/ scope of work development, contract preparation, tendering and construction management. Additionally, he is an experienced quantity surveyor.
Mina’s experience lends itself to a precise understanding of project valuation and accurate cost estimation and forecasting ensuring that our clients are provided with fair project quotations. Everest Contracting’s standards for project Quality, WHS and Environmental Management is factored into each project estimate.
Mina’s qualifications are:
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil): Structural Engineering and Construction Management
Accredited by Engineers Australia as a Professional Engineer.

Sorush Hosseini - Project Administrator
Sorush is a Civil Engineer with 15 years’ experience working in civil and building engineering internationally in Iran.
Sorush is responsible for preparing tender documentation, administration work on projects, procuring materials, ensuring our work practices comply with WHS legislation, attending site inspections and taking site reports, submitting cost variations, extensions of time and notices and preparing work method statements and quality plans.
Sorush’s qualifications are:

Anthia Shaw - Business Manager
Anthia has 20 years’ experience in marketing, public relations and office management and administration, having worked for P&O Services, Ebsworth & Ebsworth Lawyers, Sparkes Helmore Lawyers, the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority and in Ireland for the Department of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources.
Anthia’s responsibilities overseeing the purchasing, payments, payroll and sales, marketing and business strategy, financial reporting as well as interior fit outs for our new construction work.
Anthia’s qualifications include:

Kristina Trott - Governance, Compliance & Risk Manager
Kristina has more than 30 years’ experience in environmental management including developing Training courses for Environmental & WHS Management for training institutes and preparing safety policies and procedures for the Australian Government.
Kristina’s responsibilities include development of Quality, Environmental, and Safety Plans including management of Heritage issues. Kristina is also involved with training and induction of Staff and subcontractors and manages the company training register. Kristina applies Everest’s Quality, Safety and Environmental guidelines to each area of her role.

Leanne Steel - Office Manager
Leanne has 30 years’ experience in administration and bookkeeping having worked in senior administrative roles at Westpac, Telstra and CSC, and has also been accounts administrator for several small software companies.
Leanne’s responsibilities include MYOB, purchasing and invoicing, document filing, keeping all registers up to date and general office management.
Leanne’s qualifications include:
