Residents at 67 Ocean Street Woollahra are now enjoying expanded district views, thanks to new glass balcony balustrades, sliding doors and windows installed by Everest Contracting.
The 1970’s building at this address contains thirty-six balconies across three 8-storey residential tower blocks. The existing balconies had masonry balustrades that did not comply with current standards, amongst other defects. The Everest remedial building team upgraded the balconies with new waterproofing, tiling, painting and the installation of framed aluminium and glass balustrades and matching balcony doors and windows.
This $1.5 million project was completed in occupied apartments. Congratulations to our team, led by Gary and then Murray, and to the residents on an excellent result. Thanks also to Core Project Consulting.
