Balustrade Replacement, Concrete Repairs & Waterproofing

Our team recently completed a comprehensive remedial building works project at 473–477 Willoughby Road, Willoughby.  This scope of work addresses critical elements to enhance structural integrity, compliance, and waterproofing of the building’s balcony areas, as well as targeted rectifications throughout the site.

Scope of Works

The project includes the following major works:

  • Demolition & Removal
    Dismantling and safe removal of existing balustrades, floor finishes, sliding doors, and associated elements.
  • Structural & Compliance Upgrades
    • Construction of new perimeter hobs with integrated overflows and spitters where required.
    • Installation of new sliding doors and balustrades in compliance with current building codes.
    • Full concrete repair works across balcony areas.
    • Waterproofing works including installation of new membrane systems and tiled floor finishes on balconies.
  • Additional Works
    • Assessment and rectification of masonry divider walls.

All works are completed in accordance with Australian building codes and industry best practices.
