Project Description
Everest Contracting managed the design and construction of seven residential terrace homes for a new housing development in Maroochydore, Queensland.
A combination of solid aluminium panels and prefinished fibre cement were used for the facades of these buildings. Everest Contracting delivered a complete turnkey solution from feasibility, design and development approvals, through to construction. All houses were built with unique characteristics and a range of interior design options.
A senior site manager from our Sydney group was relocated to Maroochydore for the term of the project. In addition, local tradespeople and labour were utilised to deliver this project on time and within budget.
All seven homes were sold on completion.
