Project Description
Kogarah Town Square consists of a community hub containing the local library, cafes and shops, a community recreation area as well as three sets of self-contained apartment blocks.
For this $10 million project, Everest Contracting was contracted to upgrade the external building façades, including removal of failed render and re-rendering, balcony refurbishments and internal repairs.
This project was completed over 18 months by our trades team, led by a project manager and a full time site manager.
Sections of the buildings were scaffolded and work was completed section by section to minimise impact on residents and commercial tenants.
