Remedial works to 250 Pacific Highway, Crows Nest
Everest Contracting refurbished a strata complex with 24 apartments on the Pacific Highway at Crows Nest, in Sydney. Remedial and refurbishing works included:
New waterproofing and tiling to balconies
New windows, sliding doors and roofing including renewed waterproofing
Cavity flashing repairs
Shelf angle installations
Structural improvements
Concrete spalding repairs
Internal repairs caused by water leaks
Painting.
Works were completed in February 2019.
