Everest Contracting recently finished remedial balcony works at Clarke Street, Narrabeen.
The Everest team gave the 1970’s red brick building a facelift by remediating and upgrading 8 balconies, resulting in a refreshed, modern appearance for our clients.
Works included demolition of current balustrades and tiling; concrete spalling repairs; installation of new cavity flashings; new balcony waterproofing and balcony door replacements.
Works were completed with the installation of modern balustrades and silver travertine pavers for a fresh, modern appearance that will remain watertight for years to come.
